1. Scope

This policy summarizes Amped Direct’s approach to quotations, pricing presentation, taxes, freight, payment methods, and related commercial terms. It works together with Amped Direct’s Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, its Net 30 Terms and Credit Policy.

2. Quotations and Validity

Unless a quotation states otherwise in writing, Amped Direct quotations are subject to change until accepted by Amped Direct. Quoted pricing may be time-limited and may depend on supplier availability, manufacturer programs, shipping assumptions, project quantities, and site information supplied by the Customer.

3. Price Changes and Market Conditions

• Prices may change without notice where manufacturer pricing, tariffs, duties, taxes, currency, fuel, freight, or supplier costs change before order acceptance or fulfillment.

• Website prices, catalog prices, quoted prices, and project prices may differ depending on quantity, account status, supplier source, and logistics.

• Obvious pricing, system, or catalog errors may be corrected before shipment or performance.

4. Taxes and Regulatory Charges

Applicable sales taxes, environmental charges, deposits, surcharges, and similar mandatory charges are additional unless Amped Direct expressly states otherwise in writing. The Customer is responsible for providing valid exemption documentation before invoicing if it claims a tax exemption.

5. Freight and Accessorial Charges

Quoted or displayed prices may exclude freight unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional freight-related charges may apply for oversized products, dangerous goods, remote destinations, liftgate service, inside delivery, redelivery, appointment delivery, carrier surcharges, and split shipments.

6. Payment Methods

• Standard transactions may be paid by major credit card, approved electronic payment method, or other payment method accepted by Amped Direct.

• Business-account customers may, if approved, purchase on Amped Direct’s written credit terms.

• Amped Direct may require prepayment, deposit, or card-on-file support for certain orders or accounts.

7. Payment Security and Verification

Amped Direct may verify identity, billing information, and payment authorization before processing an order. Orders may be delayed or cancelled where a payment cannot be authorized, fraud concerns arise, or verification information is incomplete.

8. Chargebacks and Reversals

Customers must first contact Amped Direct to resolve billing concerns. Unfounded or premature chargebacks may be treated as payment default and may result in administrative charges, suspension of shipping, loss of account privileges, or requirement for certified funds on future orders.

9. Allocation of Payments

Amped Direct may apply payments to fees, interest, freight adjustments, oldest outstanding invoices, or specific invoices in its discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Communications About Pricing and Promotions

Promotional pricing, special programs, and account discounts apply only as expressly stated and may be modified or discontinued at any time unless Amped Direct has made a written commitment for a specific transaction or term.
